Our built-in switch makes operating your roller shutter, awning or Screen effortless. Connecting the Switch is surprisingly simple. Here's how to do it:
1. There are three wires in the power supply cable, a brown, a blue and a green-yellow wire.
2. In the cable of the tube motor there are four wires, a black, a brown, a blue and a green-yellow wire.
3. Connect the green-yellow wires together, as well as the blue wires.
4. Connect the brown wire from the power supply to the rotary switch on the middle of the 3 terminals.
5. Connect the black wire from the tube motor to the left terminal in the rotary switch.
6. Connect the brown wire from the tube motor to the right terminal in the rotary switch.
7. If the Roller shutter turns the wrong way, swap the last black and brown wire.
In the middle of the Switch there is a red bush, this ensures that you have to hold the Switch to make the Roller shutter go down or up, this is for preservation of the tube motor and your safety.
If you don't want to hold the switch continuously, remove the red bushing, this will lock the Switch in the "down" or "up" position, so you don't have to hold it constantly, keep in mind that if the motor doesn't reach the final adjustment it won't stop.
