Somfy aluminium carrier for Ø 78 Axle/Shaft with cloth groove

Suitable for all Somfy tube motors and Simu T5 and T6 tube motors, this aluminium carrier for a Ø 78 tube with cloth groove is recommended when a motor of 85 Nm or more is used. This carrier must be ordered in combination with a standard adapter set for a Ø78 mm Axle/Shaft with cloth slot. Axle/Shaft has an outer diameter of 78 mm and a wall thickness of ± 1 mm, mostly used for an articulated screen.

An adapter set for a tubular motor always consists of an adapter and carrier.
The adapter is the part on the motor wire side that makes the spindle of the motor adjustment run on motors with a mechanical adjustment.
The carriage is the part at the head of the tubular motor that forms the connection between the Axle/Shaft and the tubular motor.
