General information on button colours and frequencies for Hörmann handheld transmitters

Hörmann remote controls with green buttons, unlike remote controls with other button colours, can be delivered in different frequency ranges. This mainly led to country-specific differences, where a frequency was usually used more in a European country. The Hörmann HSM4 Remote control with , with 27.015 MHz was mainly used in France, while in Germany, for example, the frequency 26.975 MHz was more focused. In Belgium, Denmark, the UK and Austria, the frequency 26.995 MHz was more likely to be used. Therefore, when choosing the right remote control, pay attention not only to the button colour, but also check the frequency range carefully

Important note:
Hörmann handheld transmitters are not compatible with other handheld transmitters. Hörmann handheld transmitters only work on Hörmann garage door operators!
