Complaints & Disputes

Customer satisfaction is paramount at Rolluikonderdelen.co.uk. It is important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you do have a complaint about an article or order, we ask that you notify us of the defect as soon as possible after its discovery. You can of course contact us via the contact form or send an e-mail to [email protected]. We would then like to receive a message with a clear description of your complaint, name, order number and, if possible, a photo. Submitted complaints are usually answered within 5 days. You will receive a substantive response from us no later than 14 days after receipt of your complaint.

We strive to find an appropriate solution to your complaint.

Are you not satisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit it to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP The Hague(www.sgc.nl).

You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform(http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
