Steel wire winder metal with base plate

The winch locks as soon as the (removable) crank is stationary, but also when the tension on the cable is lost. the cable can only be mounted in the right direction. capacity with Ø 2 mm steel wire is approx. 12 metres and with Ø 3 mm steel wire is approx. 6 metres
